Efficient and Sustainable Tax Administration of Kosovo

OSC established a communications strategy that enabled the Tax Administration of Kosovo (TAK) to improve its public perception as a key governmental organization and increase citizens’ willingness to voluntarily meet their tax obligations. OSC played an integral role in advising the Director General and immediate staff on media relations, strategic message development, and media planning to emphasize the positive benefits of paying taxes and to publicize successful actions against noncompliance. OSC also prepared press releases and arranged conferences to announce new initiatives and address misleading media reports. OSC also identified opportunities to enhance user experience on the TAK website.
