Adaptation Thought Leadership and Assessments (ATLAS)

USAID 2016-Present

OSC is assisting USAID and host countries’ development programs to reduce climate risks, and promote climate adaptation through tested and harmonized approaches to adaptation assessment, thought leadership, and capacity building of USAID and its partners. OSC is supporting ATLAS communications efforts by creating tailored dissemination and outreach products to improve target audience capacity to effectively engage on and communicate about climate change adaptation. OSC is increasing USAID staff’s uptake and utilization of climate change planning and assessment tools, supporting greater integration of climate adaptation and resiliency strategies into USAID project design and implementation. OSC’s communications strategy and products will build momentum, visibility, and credibility for ATLAS and its products among USAID missions and partners.
