Technical Assistance for Policy Reform

OSC developed an internal and external communications strategies for the Ministry of Finance in support of pension reforms. OSC worked with the media advisor to the Minister of Finance and other local counterparts to assist them to effectively communicate issues regarding the modernization of the Pension Funds for Public and Private Employees and Government Employees. OSC conducted focus groups with pension fund employees and members of targeted public groups, and used the research to develop a suite of informational materials and messages targeting pension fund employees, employers, and retirees.
