OSC is working closely with municipalities, CSOs, and the media to institutionalize public dialogue to promote local development. OSC is building participation at budget hearings and town halls, piloting new kiosks for collecting citizen input, and expanding involvement of youth, women, and minorities. OSC will help Serbia reap the full benefits of pre- and post-accession assistance from the EU, and will help the country build upon USAID’s support in the country during past projects.
